Over the past 6 years, David Chocolatier has transformed the art of chocolate making in Cork.

After a childhood filled with fond memories of food and culinary experimentation, David’s path evolved in the direction of chocolate making in 2011, when he decided to pursue his passion full-time by establishing an artisanal chocolaterie in Cork city.

Travelling to Italy, France, and Belgium to learn the art of chocolate-making from the world’s most renowned chocolatiers, David grew fascinated with the process of crafting high-quality chocolates, as well as the patience and creativity involved in developing a signature, authentic style.

He credits his style to the abundant natural beauty of Ireland and develops his very own recipes, infusing chocolates with home-grown ingredients from his garden studio in Cork.
